AWALA for professional coaches

Arrive at the next coaching conversation better prepared.

AWALA is intended to help coachees clarify an issue before their next appointment, capture insights afterwards and voluntarily pick up agreed reflection between sessions. The human coach remains at the centre.

In development · Preparing for controlled pilots and future early access.

One application, two ways to use it

Prepare, reflect afterwards and continue between sessions.

Private AWALA use and the coach connection are not separate apps. Even with a confirmed connection, the person decides before each relevant session whether to remain private or share something for coaching.

01

Prepare

Clarify an issue and decide more consciously what should have space in the next coaching conversation.

02

Reflect afterwards

Capture personal insights, open questions and one self-chosen next step.

03

Stay connected

Voluntarily pick up a recommendation between appointments without replacing human coaching.

Planned coaching flow

The coach offers an impulse. The coachee remains in control.

The planned initial scope includes issue exploration and—after its respective professional and technical release—Mirror Meditation.

01

Connect

The coach or coachee sends an invitation. The connection becomes active only after both sides agree.

02

Recommend

The coach recommends an approved AWALA reflection, a topic and optionally up to three guiding questions.

03

Choose freely

The coachee decides whether to use the recommendation and whether the session is private or for coaching.

04

Share deliberately

Minimal usage information and an edited short report become visible only after separate approval.

Trust through clear visibility

The coach sees only what has been explicitly released.

Account access, a confirmed connection and permission to share data are separate steps. A connection alone does not open any session or content.

Visible after consent

  • Time, approved exercise, active duration and completion status
  • Connection to a recommendation from the coach
  • A short report edited and confirmed by the coachee
  • A neutral email for a new release—with no session content

Remains invisible

  • private sessions and how often they occur
  • unreleased drafts and notes
  • raw transcripts and voice recordings
  • diagnoses, emotional profiles and risk scores

Pilot value

A small set of measures for a real continuation decision.

01

Use

Activation and completion, voluntary repeat use and self-reported value for the coaching conversation.

02

Collaboration

Whether recommendations are used, reports help the coach and how much review time they require.

03

Viability

Paid continuation and sustainable costs for AI, voice, support, onboarding and evaluation.

Current pilot focus

One professional coaching provider. One clearly bounded pilot.

  • six weeks
  • up to 20 adult coachees
  • voluntary use
  • a paid, standardised pilot package

The pilot is not ready to start yet. We are first holding non-binding buyer conversations; a launch will follow only after technical, professional, privacy, legal and commercial approval.
