Cookie Policy

Language choice, website security and your settings.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small records stored by your browser. They can support technical security and requested functions or additional purposes such as analytics and advertising. This policy applies only to the public website awala.ai.

2. Cookies in use

The following cookies are confirmed for this website. The language cookie is set only when you deliberately use the language switch. It applies to the current host; the Cloudflare cookie applies to the indicated domain and its subdomains.

Cookies on this website
NameProviderDomainPurpose and triggerLifetime
awala_languageMental Fulfillmentawala.aiStores only en or de after a manual language choice; functional and necessary to remember the language you expressly requested.Up to 365 days; a new selection renews the period.
__cf_bmCloudflare.awala.aiProtection against automated and malicious traffic; security information for bot detection; may be set when a page is opened.30 minutes of inactivity; may be renewed by further requests.

3. Limited use

The website code does not set cookies for marketing, advertising, analytics or cross-site profiling. It does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB—other browser storage mechanisms—to create visitor profiles. Form input is not sent to advertising or analytics services. Images and fonts are served by the website itself.

Cloudflare processes technical security data. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. The privacy notice explains hosting, service providers, transfers and your rights.

4. Necessity and consent

Remembering the language you expressly select and necessary protection against malicious traffic support the requested website functions. Strictly necessary device storage or access is covered by section 25(2)(2) of Germany’s Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Any processing of personal data also requires the applicable basis under the General Data Protection Regulation.

These necessary functions do not offer additional analytics or marketing choices. If functions requiring consent are introduced, they must not start before you agree. Refusing or later withdrawing consent must be equally easy. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not interpreted as consent to optional tracking.

5. Managing cookies

You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. After deleting the language cookie, a later visit to the main address uses your highest-priority browser language again: German for a leading German preference, otherwise English. Direct language-specific pages remain unchanged. Blocking security cookies may affect security checks or website functionality.

6. Changes and contact
